1. Participants must be students or professionals from recognised institutions or organizations.
2. Final participation will be confirmed via an official confirmation email sent by the QuantumX organising team. If a participant is not confirmed, the registration fee will be refunded online to the original mode of payment.
3. Incomplete, false, or incorrect information may lead to cancellation of registration.
4. Participants are expected to maintain discipline and follow all event rules and guidelines.
5. Any form of misconduct, cheating, or violation of rules will result in immediate disqualification.
6. Registration alone does not guarantee entry to any live sessions, performances, or special segments of the event.
7. In case the event or any specific segment is cancelled by the organisers, applicable refunds will be processed online.
